Life Skills

The term, Life Skills, refers to the skills you need to make the most out of life. Arise follows a robust Life Skills Programme. Our program aims at emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing with a rigorous learning program we have created.

Any skill that is useful in your life can be considered a life skill. Tying your shoe laces, swimming, driving a car and using a computer are, for most people, useful life skills. Broadly speaking, the term , life skills, is usually used for any of the skills needed to deal effectively with the challenges of life

Life skills are abilities for adaptive and positive behaviour that enable humans to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of life.

Life skills are psychosocial abilities that enable individuals to translate knowledge, attitudes and values regarding their concerns in to well informed and healthy behaviors. Empowered with these skills, young people are able to take decisions based an logical process of what to do, why to do, how to do and when to do.
